SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Accountant III ensures the accuracy of financial results are reported through the cost and inventory system through comprehensive knowledge of systems, strong analytical skills and collaboration with business partners. This role has the responsibility to analyze, interpret and support complex financial and accounting concepts with the capability to clearly communicate results as well as a proactive approach to issue resolution. This role may provide work direction and advice to less experienced staff members on systems, processes, practices and policies.

* QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• CPA, CMA preferred
• 4-7 years experience
• Excellent computer and systems skills
• Advanced understanding of Accounting practices and principles and Cost and Management Accounting
• Personal Integrity, Positive Outlook, Relationship Building, Problem Solving, Tolerance of Ambiguity, Initiative

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
