Pathway Health is looking for an Intern that will help with assigned projects!
The Intern will be a crucial addition to our team and will be responsible for researching various topics in regard to growing our Emerging Leader Program, assist with marketing efforts in connection to social media use and recruiting efforts. The Intern will help with projects designated by the Executive Team and be responsible for researching and presenting different topics in the health care industry.
This position will be hybrid with remote and on-site work when necessary. Workspace would be located at our corporate office in Lake Elmo, MN, start ASAP and have 10 hours of work per week, with potential for more hours during the summer.
Intern will learn and be exposed to:
  • Long term care, senior housing, assisted living, and home and community-based care industries
  • Hands on experience with marketing strategy, research needs, and recruiting efforts
Responsibilities:
  • Marketing projects centered around social media use and recruitment efforts
  • Research behind our new launching project on clinical emerging leaders
  • Other duties as assigned to support Pathway Executive team
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in health care administration, human resources, marketing, or communications.
  • Must be motivated, organized, and possess good communication skills
  • Strong presentation, technical written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess strong knowledge and technical experience on social media platforms, Office Suite and basic video editing.
  • Creative, driven, and a desire to learn
