SUMMARY:

Leadership position that manages the Product Specialty group and will be a thought partner in the development of project road maps that support technical documentation such as product installation guides. Support and develop Product Applications strategies that improve the enterprise customer experience objectives.

Effectively provides structure and definition to the Product Specialists team setting work standard and, work priority. Focus is on developing infrastructure to manage current state and identify the needs for new solutions for expanded after sales services as needed and requested by business teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Collaborate with sales/business teams across the enterprise to develop & implement Product Specialist strategies that enhance customer experience.

-Directly lead functional and cross functional projects, while providing direction to project management resources, with the primary focus on service initiatives

-Plan, direct and manage continuous improvement efforts to reduce cost to serve, improve service quality, increase operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction (NPS), and increase service revenue.

-Lead coordination of training team resources to meet the needs of the internal, field and external (provider) learning and development needs

-Energize, mentor and develop high-performing talent and leadership. Recruit and retain critical resources to support objectives. Recognize and reward excellence by creating a positive workplace environment with an engaged team. Ensure support to enterprise values of DEI

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS


Minimum Qualifications

  • Four year degree in Business or related discipline and 5+ years of business experience, with 3 or more years in a leadership capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels internal and external to the organization.
  • Ability to effectively analyze data to present in a meaningful business case for decision making
  • Strong process management and technical aptitude

  • Effective leader and development of others
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Strong organization, project management and influencing skill

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
