SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced technical manager to lead three product engineering teams within the Salesforce Center of Excellence. This leadership role is critical in overseeing all aspects of managing the Salesforce platform, including DevOps, development, quality assurance (QA), and support. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, and Order Management System (OMS). This job requires a combination of technical expertise and leadership skills to work closely with business analysts and product owners, business requirements into technical solutions and handling escalated issues related to Salesforce delivery and support.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
*Drive the adoption of best practices, standards, and methodologies within the Salesforce development team.
*Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
*Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
*Partner with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and product owners, to deliver integrated solutions.
*Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
*Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues as needed, and drive resolution to ensure project success.
*Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the Salesforce engineering team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
*Proven experience three to five years leading Salesforce development teams in a fast-paced environment.
*Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including some of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management System (OMS), Experience Cloud, B2B E-Commerce Cloud
*Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
*Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are preferred.
*Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
*Experience working with on and offshore models

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
