We're looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Cooper Lighting Solutions Team in Peachtree City, GA. You'll be responsible for supporting pricing related activities, systems and processes within the Cooper Lighting Solutions business and/or product lines. The successful candidate will ensure cross-functional communication and will partner with product management, marketing, field sales and key business partners to assist in the development of the price strategy and maximize profitability and top line growth.

• Partner with product management leaders to develop and execute segmented and differentiated pricing strategies. Gain agreement of price actions, timelines and effectively execute to support positive price realization

• Be responsible for leading the target price review process for CLS brands and sales channels. Work with marketing and sales to evaluate and provide recommendations on pricing actions. Utilize best practice price analytics to develop your recommendations

• Develop and enhance pricing dashboards to evaluate profitability impact of price adjustments by product line & region, report monthly price realization, discount trends and other key pricing KPIs

• Respond to tactical price queries and implement actions to correct root causes and update appropriate systems (SAP/Vistex, Power BI, CPQ)

• Work closely with sales and business leadership to understand vertical market and competitive scenarios and value delivery that can influence deal evaluation

• 2+ years of pricing, data analytics, financial analysis or product management experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

• Proven data analysis experience and a solid grasp of pricing models & techniques using Microsoft Excel; experience utilizing Tableau or Power BI

• Manufacturing experience a plus; Lighting experience a plus

• Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills

Salary: $65,900 - $96,000

Target Bonus Opportunity: 5%
