Salary: $65k-$70k/yr
Shift: 1st Shift
Responsibilities:
- Supervise hourly workers daily, including opening and closing the plant, and rotating with the same crew.
- Provide employee training for ISO 9001 and 14001, safety, equipment operation, and WHMIS.
- Motivate employees to perform at their best.
- Work with the Manager to manage employee performance, ensuring a safe, efficient, and cooperative work environment.
- Assist the Manager in interviewing and recruiting production personnel.
